Returns and Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Cost of shipping is to be paid by the buyer. Cancellations are accepted within 72 hours of purchase.

Production Times

Items ship within 5-10 business days. 3D printed items ship closer to 10 business days while all other merchandise is already in stock and should ship within 5 business days.

 

Domestic Shipping

Items under $9.99 USD will not come with delivery confirmation unless delivery confirmation is selected at checkout. Items over $9.99 will come with delivery confirmation. All items are shipped first class or parcel select depending on the weight of the package.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any import fees. International shipping is calculated by USPS but will not cost less than $10 USD.

Commissions

Commission invoices are to be paid with 5 business days. All invoices left unpaid after 5 business days will be canceled. Payment and/or a deposit is required for all commissions.

Commissions are non-refundable once production starts. Production starts within 5 business days of purchase. We will be in contact with you regarding your commission including proofs, final product, and shipping.
