Well, I'm just a few days away from my first book release. My nerves are through the roof!
I've been trying to take a week off book writing, but it's hard when you're reading some great novels. I recently finished The Paper Magician by Charlie N. Holmberg and then dove right into The Delphi Effect by Rysa Walker. Both novels have a different setting and vastly different plots, leaving me wanting more. The first is more of a weird Alice in Wonderland and the second reminds me of a paranormal crime novel. Usually not my style, but I'm enjoying it. There was even a reference to Supernatural.
These novels have inspired me to keep up my momentum! So, I'm outlining my next novel.
I even asked my boyfriend how to use his webcam... Because mine is awful. This means I can start a vlog!!! I'll be hosting on Youtube, but my name on there is from the Myspace days. I apologize in advance :)
So, it's a very exciting time for me. Not only am I publishing my first novel, I'm well on my way to its sequel. I even celebrated today and got some Thai food. My fortune reminded me that even though I take on a lot, I can handle it!
I may start doing book reviews again . . . We'll see!
