I have been having a hard time finishing my second novel - this isn't news to anyone. I open my Drive document, re-read the last few paragraphs, scribble down where I want the chapter to go, and then just open some tabs and do anything besides write. When I do write, I keep thinking my writing is terrible. I want to go back and fix all the mistakes I've made. I feel like I can't go forward with my writing until it's perfect. This has been a huge problem for me in the past. Ev
It's been quite the journey going from someone with a raw manuscript written in 30 days to someone with a finished and published product. I had a lot of help from some talented freelancers, but I also had some help that set me in the wrong direction. This would be how I found my first editor.
I asked my local NaNoWriMo group about editors, and someone suggested an editor. I looked up the editor's Facebook and saw she was decently priced. About a week later, I sent my manusc
I'm trying my hardest to get the print release of That Time I Broke Time and the first edition of That Time My Future Disappeared out, but I've been running into some issues. First, Kindle Direct Publishing hates me and my cover art. I've been trying to upload my cover to KDP for over a week now! As many of you know, my first novel was published with some errors. It's been quite the experience finding a good editing team to make sure my manuscript is up to far, and I'm here with some good news! I just uploaded a new version of That Time I Broke Time to Amazon! While the changes won't be live for up to 72 hours, I am so happy to have a better manuscript out there for you all to read. If you have already bought my book on Amazon or with Kindle Unlimited, you don't need

You can see who we cosplayed here! But back to what's been going on with my next novel and That Time I Broke Time. Well, honestly, not a lot has been going on. I have a solid two chapter
Well, today is the day. My book is now available on Amazon. I can't believe my dream has come true. I also can't believe I'm already writing my novel's sequel. I'm almost two chapters in! I'm proud of what I've accomplished. It may have taken me a few years to get my first book together, but now that it's out there, I am not afraid to keep on going. I see big things in my future. I want to publish a novel every other month this year. Let's see if that happens! I'll be happy i
